How's it going?

I actually omitted that one on purpose because it wouldn't be used anymore in the 0.8 version

But since we don't have 0.8 yet it would've been best to just keep it in, so adding it now

I shouldn't think so much about the future releases lol :P

Aaaaargh......... furl plugin!! Thats the main reason I re-done my whole site..... it was the only way i could get rid of the pesky plugin which was messing up loads of things on my old site!

The stats I used are from W3C's own logs and research, so in fact, there are likely to be more FF users than in real terms being that the site is aimed towards developers and those that 'know best'! The same applies for my own site's stats if I did use them!

It really isn't too difficult to get a theme to work in all browsers as long as you keep checking both browsers as you go along. If you make a theme and only look at it in IE at the end it will seem like an impossible mission, but if you are checking regularly then it is easier to pin-point, then correct the little problems that crop up.

Whatever you decide to do, good luck and keep at it, e107 badly needs good designers at the moment!!

Hehe, Cheers Roof

Yeh, the code is quite long, so going back over it is a bit of a pain

I will take your advice and finish this theme for FF and then design future themes with IE in mind.

Sorry to be boring, but is it alright if I dig this question back up?

I am wondering how to get PNG's to work on IE - google tells me many ways, but I was wondering what method you reckon works best with e107.

I have tried the IE& library, but find that other than png support with *-png on the end, it messes up the pages xD

What would you reccommend?

Thanks for all of your assistance

Zed.

No worries about this - I've decided to leave the IE6 and below sites as they are - they look ok and adding bg png support seems to cause more problems than it solves!

Thanks though,

Zed.
